Appendix B – Safeguarding Our People

Clergy, Postulants and Candidates for Holy Orders, and certain lay people holding leadership roles within the Diocese submit Appendix B to the Diocese using this form. All others should submit a signed hard copy of  Appendix B to their parish Safeguarding coordinator. Do not submit Appendix B unless you have received and read the Safeguarding Our People policy.
